The HP LaserJet Pro P1102w is a single-function monochrome laser printer with an MSRP of $149.99. You can connect to a network via Wi-Fi, and the Smart Install feature enables you to install the printer drivers and software without a CD. There’s no ADF or auto-duplexer , although reported print speed is a reasonable 19 ppm. The feature set for the Epson Stylus NX420 is sort of like the dollar menu at McDonald’s – enough elements for an adequate snack at an affordable price.
